Ingredients
- 1/3 c Chia Seeds
- 1 T dark cocoa or cacao powder
- 1 c nut or coconut milk
- ½ t vanilla extract
- 1 T agave or raw honey
Instructions
Mix cocoa powder with dry chia seeds until well blended.
Stir together wet ingredients. Pour over chia seed mixture stirring rapidly to dissolve the cocoa powder.
Let sit on the counter stirring every 5 minutes for 20-30 minutes until chia seeds expand.
Eat at room temperature or chill.
