This is the easiest way to make delicious guacamole. This sauce can be made chunky, smooth or somewhere in between.
Fermenting some of the salsa vegetables creates a depth of flavor that freshly chopped vegetables do not have. Also, fermenting mellows and melds the onion and garlic for those who do not like raw. Use a few tablespoons of Fermented Salsa Starter for an amazing flavor kick!

Ingredients
- 1-2 avocados, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1-2 T fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1-2 T fresh lime juice
- 3-4 T Fermented Salsa Starter
Instructions

Squeeze lime juice over the avocado to prevent browning.

Mash avocado with a fork until you have your preferred texture (less if you like it chunky, more if you like it smoother).

Add tomato, starter and cilantro and mix until just combined.
Serve with raw tortilla chips or anything else…
