This jam recipe could not be simpler. It is great on bread, in yogurt or as a fruit topping for desserts. It does have a limited shelf life and must be kept refrigerated.
Raw Blackberry Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients
- 1 c fresh blackberries
- 2 T chia
- 1/3 c fresh apple juice (or water + 1 T agave)
- 1 T fresh squeezed lemon juice

Blend ingredients until the texture is a smooth as you like.

Keep refrigerated. Will last up to 2 weeks if kept cool.
