There is nothing better than having a flashback to an old food memory. While browsing some recipe websites the other day I saw Green Goddess dressing. As a kid I used to love plain lettuce with that herby dressing. I didn’t even know what the ingredients were, it just tasted good.
So I thought I would have a go at a raw vegan version. The result was delicious. This dressing is great as a dip for crudité as well.
Raw Vegan Green Goddess Dressing
Do you remember Green Goddess Dressing back in the day? I used to love it on a plain salad. Although the original recipe has anchovies, mayonnaise, and sour cream, I thought it might be fun to try to make a raw version of this old school classic. As a substitute for the anchovies, you can use sea vegetables. I used dulse flakes. The result was delicious.
