Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1-1/2 c almond flour
- 1/3 c organic raw coconut flour
- 1 pinch Himalayan pink salt
Wet Ingredients
- 6 T raw honey, maple syrup or agave
- 1/4 cup organic lemon juice
- 1 T lemon zest
- 2 t vanilla extract
- 1/4 c organic coconut oil (+ 1 tablespoon, melted/liquid)

Instructions

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.

Mix wet ingredients in a measuring cup with a hand mixer or whisk.

Add wet ingredients to dry stirring until completely combined.

Take 1 tablespoon of batter and roll into a ball. Coat with coconut flakes or ground nuts if desired.
