Raw Wilted Kale Salad with Spicy Avocado Dressing

Simple, sweet and spicy kale salad will become a regular on your menu.

Ingredients

For the wilted kale

  • 3 c kale
  • 2 t salt
  • ½ c grape or cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 T hemp seeds

For the dressing

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 chipotle pepper
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1 t agave
  • 1 T fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Massage the kale in salt with your hands. It will start to look “cooked.”

Add tomatoes and kelp seeds.

Blend the dressing ingredients until smooth. Mix into Kale Salad.
