This simple salad is a wonderful way to use fresh green beans from the garden or farmer’s market.
 

 

Sesame Green Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, washed and cut
  • 1⁄4 c sesame oil
  • 2 T liquid aminos or tamari
  • 1⁄4 t chili flakes
  • 1 t agave ( or maple syrup)
  • 1 t sesame seeds

Instructions

Toss the cut green beans in the sesame sauce.

Let this mixture sit and marinate for at least 2-4 hours in the fridge. It is better overnight.

Sprinkle sesame seed on top to serve.

 

Will last 5 days if refrigerated.
