Ingredients

  • 1c nut or coconut milk
  • 1-2c spinach or other greens, if you do not have fresh greens add Trader Joe’s Very Green Powder.
  • 2 Tablespoons *Flaxseeds* (or any other seeds).
  • 2 Frozen or Fresh Green Figs
  • 1T Coconut or Flax Seed Oil
  • 1 T Ginger

Instructions

Blend until smooth.  If you are using fresh figs blend with ice.
