- 1-2c spinach or other greens, if you do not have fresh greens add Trader Joe’s Very Green Powder.
- 2 Tablespoons *Flaxseeds* (or any other seeds).
- 2 Frozen or Fresh Green Figs
- 1T Coconut or Flax Seed Oil
- 1 T Ginger
