I love a PináColada!  Now I can have one every week. 

To make the texture even smoother, add half of a frozen banana to the blender along with the other ingredients. I keep them in my freezer year around.

Greenacolada Smoothie

  • 1 c spinach or other greens
  • 1 c pineapple, frozen
  • 1 T coconut oil
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 1 c almond or coconut milk
  • 1T or more lemon juice
